How should people let us know if they want to be an 'official' volunteer?

Yes, you did. I was giving you a chance to tell folks where it was. ;)
Details are in this thread...

I didn't see much listed there. Is this up-to-date?

There isn't anything quite yet.
Our planning is JUST beginning. It will kick off hard core after the next Dragon*Con Directors meeting which is in March. Then we will get the final information for exactly 'where' our track will be, and then as Directors we will get access to the scheduling software and planning tools.
But, this is a place where anyone and propose an event or panel!

Hey y'all. GeekRadioDaily will be in the hizzie, so I'm pretty available. I'm cool for
POD001
POD010
POD027
POD028
And anywhere else you'd like to put me!

I'd love to be on POD008.
I could add value to POD001 as well. I'll keep an eye out for more sessions as they appear on the spreadsheet.
Thanks!

Cool,
Once Swoopy sits down and looks at it all. She will be making sure it lines up with this years schedule! :)

I am happy to moderate POD010 again this year. Courtney asked me after last year to be include on this year's panel. I see The Vicar is interested, his experience in radio should provide an interesting perspective. I am also happy to track down the remaining panelists, like last year.

I sure that would be most excellent! :)
Tabz is totally up for
POD003
POD012
POD019
I know Athenamuze (Kim), my cohort in crime would be up for
POD012 as well
And we have several of the BBtL/Joss'd writers coming who'd be interested in POD019 (if you want to mix it up and have some audio drama/News/Feature writing discussion too)
I'll be happy to moderate anything you need moderating... peeps say I lead good conversations.

This sort of goes along with scheduling, but is there going to be assignments for panels those of us volunteering are responsible for helping with. Or are we going to decide that when we get there.
I only have one possible conflict with the AMScifi Track, because I am going to be on one of their Heroes panels.
I didn't know if I should just email Swoopy or ask here.
Thanks!

Ok,
You can now look at the ENTIRE schedule grid online at this link:

Go and have some fun, using the Google Doc system you can export it to Excel format and use that for your mad planning ways!

I'm with Miranda, curious about the slots still open for moderators and co-staff. I don't mind settling it out on Thursday night or Friday morning, the sooner the better, if not before everything gets underway. I don't have any conflicts, my only commitments are on the podcasting track, but there are certain panels elsewhere I'd like to get to if at all possible.

Just work with Swoopy when you get there and she will surely make it so you can go out and see the stuff you don't want to miss!

Is there a list of the people who spoke at the panels last year?
