Another Silly question

So we have never been to Dragon*Con (as if that hasn't been obvious). For the actual award event, does everyone get all dressed up formal or is this a casual event?

Do we need to pay anything extra for the ceremony?

I can't wait to meet all of you there. I'm so excited to de-stress from work and have fun.

Which of the two awards shows are you talking about?

The Podcast Peer Awards, people just come in whatever they were wearing at the con.

The Parsec Awards I've seen people dress in formal attire, down to just normal 'nice' casual. :)

I will be dying my hair green, although I'm not sure if that counts as casual or formal. :)

For the Parsecs a few folks like to dress up a bit but I believe most of us podcasters just come wearing whatever we had on when we left the last panel we attended just before the awards. :)

If things go as well as we have tried to plan them. This MIGHT actually be a time where I can de-stress a bit!

And, there is only ONE event at Dragon*Con you have to pay extra for. And it is a the 'Awards Ball' which is some big deal thing. I have been going to Dragon*Con for over 10 years now, and I have NEVER even seen what the heck goes on in that thing. :)

I'm trying hard to get some brochures designed and off to the printer this week for work so I don't have to think about them at all next week. I want to totally enjoy myself.
