I know I'll be seeing some of you at the July 12th staff meeting, but those of you that are out of state and are still planning to be on staff please shoot me an email to the.swoopy (at) gmail dot com ASAP. |

Your full name as it legally is,
Your name as it should be on your badge,
Your phone number that I can actually reach you at (and cell if you have one)
and what size t-shirt you would like.
I'm doing this now because I actually had folks who had badges waiting for them last year, that didn't show. I LOVE that you want to volunteer, but if I don't get a 100% for sure, gonna be there commitment from you in the next week, I'm gonna take your name off the list and replace you with folks on the waiting list.
Also - I'm not going by the "Staff" list on this website, because I'll "out" Derek for having put that up there, AND he misspelled some names too. So, after I get everyone nailed down, we'll fix it. :)
Thanks - we're really getting excited about Dragon*Con. It sort of sleeps and simmers all year, and when we get to this point, stuff really starts to come to a boil. Also, technically Derek is the track director for SkepTrack, so if you emailed him something about Podcasting and haven't heard back or just want to make sure it got through, send that to me as well at the above mentioned gmail address.
I really HAVE got my email box up to date, I promise. :)
