I'm looking at the grid and wondering how "set" things are and when we will say "This is the final grid, and here is where we want people?" I just notice some guests in the grid that aren't in the forums (one reason I registered,late as it may be), so I'm trying to figure out the system here.

I was also thinking of a panel for "Upgrading a Studio" -- a Podcasting 201 panel, if you will. I think Philippa, myself, and two others can cover this.

Well this late in the game it is usually quite 'set', but... we have time if there is a good reason to move something around or nuke something, etc...

If you have any ideas for things you think should be moved, made later, nuked, etc... we have a LITTLE time left.
