Hi!
I'm Clinton, and I'm a podcaster.
Well, looks like I'm on my way back to Dragon*Con! I haven't had a chance to browse through the forums yet, but I wanted to do a quick "Hello" and introduction.
I've been doing my show, comedy4cast, since June of 2005. It's a short-form comedy show. I do skits, monologues and parodies on everything from Disneyland and online banking to "TWiT" and "7th Son." Guests have included Grant Baciocco ("Dr. Floyd"), Scott Johnson ("ExtraLife Radio"), and J.C. Hutchins (from the aforementioned "7th Son"), to name a few.
I look forward to the con, and to seeing everyone!
Hi-keeba!

Good to see your coming Clinton! I've asked if Derek can add you to the panel description.

I'll be wearing your comedy4cast pin to Dragon*Con. It's the only square one I have so far.

Thanks for coming back!
I was only 'half' alive for the past 2 years of the convention... but I am sure I'll be almost full speed this year! So, can't wait to 'really' meet you. :D

"Back" to Dragon*Con? I must have missed you this past time around! Oh well, maybe next time. I for one would love to be parodied by someone else, but I don't think it's really happened since AWO already borders on the razor's edge of self-parody without additional assistance required. :)

Daryl,
The last time I was at Dragon*Con was 2005, so it's been a while. I missed the launch of the podcasting track by 1 year! Timing is everything.

That probably means I saw you the year my head exploded in 2005. We only had the ONE panel for podcasting and there were quite a few of us who came. We didn't expect anyone. But the next year we got a full track!

I believe it was on Friday night at around midnight in the lower levels of the Hyatt.
It was fun to get to meet many of the podcasters and listeners for the first time.

Ya,
I remember being there with Mike and Evo, Steve Eley, Mur, Patrick McLean and like about 4 other people while we were setting up for it. We all joked that it would only be us... then 10 minutes later, it was a packed room... :)

Actually, I got to one of your panels a bit late and didn't get a chance to say "hello." I figured I would see you later at the con, or, at the worst, at the Podcast Expo in November 2005. Obviously, that didn't work out. Although I did get to meet Swoopy at the Expo. So, I'll be on the lookout for ya this time! :)

Well,
I'll be easy to find. The Podcasting Track room is RIGHT next to the track room I am the director for, the Skeptic Track. So, I'll be popping in between the rooms now and then! :)
